A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SIGNING OF A
CONTRACT, LEASE OR AGREEMENT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL RESOLVES as follows:
The MAYOR and CITY CLERK are authorized to execute, on behalf of the
City of San Rafael a contract, lease or agreement with
COLEMAN, SELMI & WRIGHT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE
DAVIDSON SCHOOL SITE (Fee - 6% maximum of project cost)
a copy of which is hereby attached and by this reference made a part hereof.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, City Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and
adopted at a REGULAR meeting of the City Council of said City held on
MONDAY the 4TH day of JUNE , 19 79 by the
following vote, to wit:

This Service Agreement is made between the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL,
hereinafter referred to as CITY, and COLEMAN, SELMI AND WRIGHT, Con-
sulting Engineers, hereinafter referred to as ENGINEER.
By joining into this Agreement, CITY retains ENGINEER to provide
consulting engineering services in connection with Davidson School Site
Improvements subsequently referred to as PROJECT.

By this Agreement, ENGINEER shall provide the following PROJECT
1. Design turf area at Davidson School approximately the
size of a soccer field. Included in said PROJECT design
requirements will be the preparation of the following:
a. Grading Plan.
b. Irrigation Plan.
C. Drainage System Plan.
d. Landscape Plan.
2. PROJECT specifications and bid documents, in sufficient
number of sets, with plans, for bidding purposes.
3. ENGINEER'S estimate.
4. Construction staking.

6. Provide "Mylar" As Built Drawing.
ENGINEER agrees to provide services covered by this Agreement
for said PROJECT on a time and expense basis as shown on the attached
Fee Schedule (Exhibit "A") which is part of this Agreement.
ENGINEER will submit progress invoices to CITY monthly and a
final bill upon completion of the services. Payments by CITY to ENGINEER
shall not exceed $6,000.00.'
