RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL EXTENDING TIME FOR THE COMPLE-
TION OF SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENTS IN SPINNAKER
POINT UNIT ONE, SAN RAFAEL, CALIFORNIA
Upon application of the Subdivider therefor, and due cause
being shown this City Council,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the time within which the construc-
tion of the improvement work provided for in that certain Agreement
between the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL and San Rafael Cayes, Inc., as Subdivider,
shall be completed, be and it is hereby extended to and including the
20th day of December, 1979; this extension shall not become effective
unless and until said Subdivider files with the City Clerk the written
consent of the Surety Company upon said Subdivider's Faithful Perfor-
mance Bond to said continuance and waiver of statute of limitations for
the period of said extension.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
California, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council
of said City held on the 18th day of June, 1979, by the following vote,
to wit:

NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner and Nixon
