RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL AMENDING THE MASTER FEE SCHEDULE
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the San Rafael City Council that the following
fees are amended and/or created:
ENVIRONMENTAL AND DESIGN REVIEW
$125 Single Family Dwelling.
$250 Commercial structures including apartments up to 10,000 square
feet.
$350
Commercial
structures
10,000 to
50,000 square feet.
$500
Commercial
structures
in excess
of 50,000 square feet.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that when an individual requests a continuance
of a hearing scheduled for the Planning Commission, there shall be a fee of
$25.00 for each such continuation to cover renotifications to adjacent property
owners.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, City Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of said City held on
Monday the second day of July 1979, by the
following vote, to wit:
