A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 4631 AS AMENDED -
CONTRACT BETWEEN CITY MANAGER AND CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of San Rafael
as follows:
Section 1. Salaries. Effective July 16, 1979, a salary
increase of six percent (6o) shall be paid to the City Manager,
$3,474.00. In addition, the City Manager is compensated in accord-
ance with Section 8 of Resolution No. 5728.
Section 2. Vacation. The City Manager shall be entitled to
four weeks vacation per year.
Section 3. The terms of the contract are continued in force
and the agreement is extended until July 16, 1983.

hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said City held on Monday, the sixteenth day of July, 1979, by the
following vote, to wit:

NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
