A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
AMENDING PAST RESOLUTIONS PERTAINING TO
THE COMPENSATION FOR MISCELLANEOUS,
MANAGEMENT, CONFIDENTIAL, AND
UNCLASSIFIED EMPLOYEES
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San Rafael
that the following amendments are made to past salary resolutions:
Add
Section 1.1. Management and Unclassified

Section 1.3. Miscellaneous - (Resolution No. 5621)

This resolution shall take effect forthwith upon its adoption and
the compensations herein provided shall be in full force and effect
as of and from July 16, 1979.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said City held on Monday, the 16th day of July, 1979, by the
following vote, to wit:
