c. Call for Applications to Fill One Unexpired Four -Year Term to the End of April 2013 on the Board of Library

e. Resolution Authorizing the Public Works Director to enter into an agreement with DC Electrics for On -Call
Electrical Maintenance Services (PW)

f. Resolution Accepting a Proposal from Ghirardelli Associates, Inc. for Professional Services to Provide Project
Administration and Inspection Services for the Citywide Street Resurfacing 2012 Project, Project No. 11203 and
Authorizing the Public Works Director to Execute an Agreement in the Amount of $100,000 (PW)

g. Accept Completion of the Citywide Street Resurfacing 2012 Curb Ramps, City Project No. 11204, and Authorize
the City Clerk to File the Notice of Completion (PW)
