Call for Applications to Fill One Unexpired Four -Year Term to the End of April 2013 on the Board of Library Trustees Due to the Resignation of Patricia Zentner (CC) Recommended Action — Approve staff recommendation d. Reappointments of Frederic Divine, Eric Holm and Rob Simon and Appointment of Gladys Gilliland to Fill Four, Two Year Terms on the San Rafael ADA Access Advisory Committee to expire the End of October 2014 (CC) Recommended Action — Approve staff recommendation e. Resolution Authorizing the Public Works Director to enter into an agreement with DC Electrics for On -Call Electrical Maintenance Services (PW) Recommended Action — Adopt Resolution f. Resolution Approving a Request to the Marin County Board of Supervisors to Authorize a Temporary Transfer of Funds (Fin) Recommended Action — Adopt Resolution ADJOURNMENT Any records relating to an agenda item, received by a majority or more of the Council less than 72 hours before the meeting, shall be available for inspection in the City Clerk's Office, Room 209, 1400 Fifth Avenue, and placed with other agenda -related materials on the table in front of the Council Chamber prior to the meeting.
