A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 5739
DESIGNATING CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEES
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San Rafael that
the following listed employees shall also be designated as "Confi-
dential Employees", pursuant to Section 3507.5 of the Government
Code of the State of California, effective August 16, 1979:
Code Enforcement Officer
Administrative Intern (CETA)
Personnel Aide (CETA)
Word Processing Operator (CETA)
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City on Monday , the 20th day of August 1979,
by the following vote, to wit:
