A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
AMENDING RESOLUTIONS 5739, 5740, 5749 & 5750
PERTAINING TO THE COMPENSATION FOR
CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEES
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San Rafael
that the following amendment is made to past salary resolutions:

This resolution shall take effect forthwith upon its adoption and the
compensations herein provided shall be in full force and effect as of and
from October 1, 1979.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of said City held on Monday,
the 1st of October, 1979, by the following vote, to wit:
