A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN RAFAEL CITY COUNCIL
AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF POLICE VEHICLES
UTILIZING EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT FUNDS
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council authorized City staff to
solicit bids for police vehicles; and
WHEREAS, specifications were drawn and bids were solicited for
each item; and
WHEREAS, these bids have been reviewed by the City staff;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City Council
that the following action be taken:
CAMPBELL BISHOP CHEVROLET of Corte Madera, California be designated
as low bidder for seven police vehicles bid in the amount of $53,479.35.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and
adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City held on Monday ,
the fifth day of November , 1979, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner, Miskimen and Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: Jensen and Nixon
