A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN RAFAEL CITY
COUNCIL AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF
PUBLIC WORKS VEHICLES UTILIZING
EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT FUNDS
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council authorized City Staff to
solicit bids for various public works vehicles; and
WHEREAS, specifications were drawn and bids were solicited for
each item; and
WHEREAS, these bids have been received by the City Staff;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City Council that
the following actions be taken:
1. Heil Equipment Company of Fremont, California be designated as
low bidder for three two -yard dump bodies bid in the amount of $11,731.02.
2. ISI of San Rafael, California be designated as low bidder for
three cab and chassis' bid in the amount of $41,340.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify
that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a
regular meeting of the Council of said City held on Monday , the 19th
day of November , 1979, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner, Miskimen, Nixon & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Jensen
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
