RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL EXTENDING TIME FOR THE COM-
PLETION OF IMPROVEMENT WORK IN PICOLO VALLE
SUBDIVISION, SAN RAFAEL, CALIFORNIA
Upon application of the Subdivider therefore, and due cause
being shown this City Council,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the time within which the construc-
tion of the improvement work in Picolo Valle as provided for in that
certain Agreement between the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL and THE WEISS COMPANY,
INC., as Subdivider, shall be completed, be and it is hereby extended
to and including the 4th day of June, 1980.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
California, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the
Council of said City held on the 3rd day of December, 1979, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner, Nixon and Acting Mayor Jensen
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: Miskimen and Mayor Mulryan
