A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN RAFAEL CITY COUNCIL
AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF PARAMEDIC POWER
RESCUE TOOL
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council authorized City staff to solicit
bids for a paramedic power rescue tool; and
item; and
WHEREAS, specifications were drawn and bids were solicited for each
WHEREAS, these bids have been received by City staff;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City Council that the
following action be taken:
Rescue Safety Products of Hayward, California be designated as low
bidder for a Hurst Power Rescue Tool bid in the amount of $7,024.64.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify
that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a
regular meeting of the Council of said City held on Monday , the third
day of December , 1979, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner, Nixon and Acting Mayor Jensen
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: Miskimen and Mayor Mulryan
