RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE
TRAINING AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE POLICE DEPARTMENT OF THE
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA STATE POLICE
DIVISION.
WHEREAS, The State of California State Police Division requires
written training agreements from any agency participating in their train-
ing programs; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department of the City of San Rafael desires
from time•,to time to participate in certain training programs sponsored
and administered by the California State Police Division; and
WHEREAS, a resolution of the San Rafael City Council is required
for the 1977/78 and 1978/79 fiscal years.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of San Rafael, California does hereby authorize and direct the City Manager
to sign such training agreements when required for the fiscal years 1977/78
and 1978/79.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, California
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly intro-
duced and adopted at a REGULAR meeting of the Council of said City held on
the
sixteenth day of January , 1978, by the following vote,
to wit:
