RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
AMENDING THE MASTER FEE SCHEDULE BY ADDING FEES FOR APPLICATIONS
THAT ARE TO BE ACTED UPON BY THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council has voiced the policy
statement that all special services should be financed through use
fees; and
WHEREAS, a Master Fee Schedule was adopted by the City Council
on August 2, 1976;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City Council
that: Pursuant to the authority of Section 14.10.030 of the San Rafael
Municipal Code, the Zoning Fees of the Master Fee Schedule incorporate
the following schedule of fees for applications that are to be acted
upon by the Zoning Administrator:
VARIANCES
$60.00 Encroachment into required setbacks
$60.00 Parking in required setbacks
$60.00 Number of parking spaces
USE PERMITS
$60.00
Time extensions, unless specifically exempted by the
Planning Commission at the time of original approval
$60.00
Amendments that do not alter the basic function of the
approved use
$60.00
Motor vehicle service
$60.00
Elevated decks
$25.00
Fences
$60.00
Earth fill up to 5,000 cubic yards or excavation up to
1,000 cubic yards

Additions, enlargements, and/or maintenance of noncon-
forming structures

BY RESOLUTION PASSED BY A MAJORITY VOTE OF THE ENTIRE
MEMBERSHIP OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City held on Monday , the sixth day of February 1978, by
the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan and Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Nixon
