RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
RAFAEL ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY -
JACOBY STREET, SAN RAFAEL, CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, the public interest, convenience, necessity and
welfare require that the right-of-way hereinafter mentioned be
accepted and used for the benefit of the public of the City of
San Rafael, California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of San Rafael, California, does hereby accept that cer-
tain deed from QUAIL HILL, INC., dated February 8, 1978, for and
on behalf of the City of San Rafael and the street right-of-way
described therein, all as more particularly described and set forth
in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference,
and the Clerk of said City is hereby directed to cause said deed to
be duly recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of the County
of Marin, State of California, forthwith upon the adoption of this
resolution.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
California, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the
Council of said City held on the 6th day of March, 1978, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Miskimen, Nixon and Vice -Mayor Jensen
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None

THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL, a municipal corporation
all that real property situated in the City of Sari Rafael
County of Marin State of California, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of the parcel granted to Quail Hill,
Inc., a California corporation, by Deed recorded October 15, 1969 in
Book 2333 of Official Records at page 179, said point also being in
the centerline of the 60 foot county road as described in the Deed to
Joseph Joaquin, recorded March 12, 1936 in Book 313 of Official Records
at page 222; thence along said centerline, South 700 35' 00" East
105.69 feet; thence leaving the centerline, North 380 27' 26" East
31.74 feet; thence North 700 35' West 105.69 feet to the Westerly line
of the Quail Hill parcel; thence along said Westerly line, South 380
27' 26" West (called North 360 49' East in the Deed) 31.74 feet to the
point of beginning.
In Witness Whereof, said corporation has caused its corporate name and seal to be affixed hereto and this instru-
ment to be executed by its duly authorized officers.
