A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN RAFAEL CITY COUNCIL
AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF POLICE VEHICLES
UTILIZING EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT FUNDS
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council authorized City Staff to solicit bids
for police vehicles; and
and
WHEREAS, specifications were drawn and bids were solicited for each item;
WHEREAS, these bids have been reviewed by the City Staff;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City Council that the
following action be taken:
Robinson Chevrolet of Novato be designated as low bidder for seven police
vehicles.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that
the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular
meeting of the Council of said City held on Monday, the 20th day of March, 1978,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Jensen, Miskimen, Nixon and Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Mul ryan
