RESOLUTION ABANDONING PROCEEDINGS FOR THE FORMATION
OF SMITH RANCH ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 21 CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL, MARIN COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
Marin County, California, that the proceedings for the formation of
Smith Ranch Assessment District No. 2, City of San Rafael, Marin
County, California, be, and they are hereby, abandoned at this time;
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby author-
ized and directed to file a certified copy of this Resolution, to-
gether with Certificate attached hereto setting forth the matters
required by the provisions of Section 3117 of the Streets and High-
ways Code of the State of California, with the County Recorder of
the County of Marin, State of California.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
Marin County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the
lst day of May, 1978, by the following vote, to wit:
