A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF T1 -1E CITY OF SAN RAFAEL,
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 5134 PERTAINING TO THE COMPENSATION
AND WORKING CONDITIONS FOR MISCELLANEOUS, MANAGEMENT,
CONFIDENTIAL AND UNCLASSIFIED EMPLOYEES
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San Rafael as follows:
Add to Section 1.2. Clerical -Fiscal:

This resolution takes effect forthwith upon its adoption.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCILNI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced
and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City on Monday
the 15th day of May 1978, by the following vote, to wit:
