A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
RAFAEL AMENDING THE MASTER FEE SCHEDULE BY ADDING
THERETO SECTION 11.4.1 FOR FEES FOR THE PROCESSING
OF CERTIFICATES OF COMPLIANCE
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council has voiced the policy
statement that all special services should be financed through
use fees; and
WHEREAS, a Master Fee Schedule was adopted by the City
Council on August 2, 1976;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City
Council that, effective upon adoption of this Resolution, the
Master Fee Schedule be amended by adding thereto the following:
11.4.1 Certificate of Comnliance $50.00
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regu-
larly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council
of said City held on Monday, the 15th day of May, 1978, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Jensen, Mi skimen, Mul ryan and Mayor Betti ni
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Nixon
