RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
ADOPTING THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 1094.6 OF THE
CODE OF CIVIL PROCEDURE REGARDING JUDICIAL REVIEW
OF ADMINISTRATIVE DETERMINATIONS
WHEREAS, §1094.6(g) of the Code of Civil Procedure pro-
vides that §1094.6 shall be applicable to local agencies only if
the governing board adopts a Resolution making that Section ap-
plicable; and,
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of
San Rafael to adopt such a Resolution, thereby establishing time
limits for judicial review of any administrative decision of the
City of San Rafael and establishing the manner in which a record
of the proceedings shall be prepared;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of San Rafael that the provisions of §1094.6 of the Code
of Civil Procedure are hereby made applicable to the City of
San Rafael.

hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
