RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
REVISING MASTER FEE RESOLUTION FOR VARIOUS SECTIONS
OF THE MASTER FEE SCHEDULE RELATING TO PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, it is the policy of the City Council to require that the Land Develop-
ment Division of the Public Works Department and the Current Planning Section of
the Planning Department be self-sustaining; and
WHEREAS, a series of user fees has been established and codified within a
master fee schedule, and
WHEREAS, an audit of these fees and their attendant revenues determines that
the above services are not self-sustaining.
that:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San Rafael
1 . Sections 5.1 , 5.2 , 5.3 , 5.4, 5.6 , 10.0 (inclusive) and 11.0 (inclusive)
are hereby raised by 50%.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City staff is directed to compute the appro-
priate charges and thereafter amend the master fee schedule.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the new fee schedule shall become effective
January 1, 1979.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that
the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a special
meeting of the Council of said City held on the 26th day of June ,1978,
by the following vote, to wit:
