RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
OF ITS INTENTION TO PASS AN ORDINANCE SETTING NEW BAIL
SCHEDULE FOR CERTAIN VEHICLE AND MUNICIPAL CODE ORDINANCE VIOLATIONS
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the City Council of the City of San Rafael to
pass an ordinance revising the present bail schedule of the City of San Rafael;
and
WHEREAS, said bail schedule has to be approved by the Judges of the Munici-
pal Court.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of San
Rafael on approval of the bail schedule attached hereto and marked Attachment "A"
intends to pass an ordinance in conformity therewith.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of San Rafael hereby
requests that the Judges of the Municipal Court approve the bail schedule attached
hereto and marked Exhibit "A" .

the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a special
