RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
REVISING THE MASTER FEE SCHEDULE FOR CERTAIN LIBRARY FEES
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City Council that
the Master Fee Schedule Section be revised as follows:
7.0 Library
7.1 Fines

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the issue of a tax override election and user
fees for individuals and/or famine -s is referred to the Library Board of Trustees for
review and recommendation to the City Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Master Fee Schedule be amended to in-
clude the above action of the City Council.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify
that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a
special meeting of the Council of said City held on the 26th day of June ,
