A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
AMENDING THE MASTER FEE SCHEDULE PERTAINING TO
BUSINESS LICENSE FEES
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City Council that
Section 9.0 of the Master Fee Schedule concerning Business License Fees is
increased by 10%.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Finance Director is directed to review
the charges each September (beginning September, 1979) and to modify the charges
for specific businesses based on the All Urban Consumer Cost of Living Index
for the San Francisco -Oakland region as determined by the Department of Labor.
Fees will be increased based on the changes in the August -to -August index and
will be effective January 1st of each year.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that staff is directed to modify the Master Fee
Schedule to reflect the above changes.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify
that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a
special meeting of the Council of said City held on the 26th day of June
1978, by the following vote, to wit:
