A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL AMENDING RESOLUTIONS NOS. 5133, 5134 and 5391
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that in order to observe internal organization
equity of recognized job responsibilities and complete organizational changes
the following actions are taken.
A. Resolution No. 5133 is amended to include the position of Police
Records Clerk - Salary Range No. P6a .
B. Resolution No. 5134 is amended to include the following actions:
C. Resolution No. 5391 is amended to include the following:

Delete: Chief Building Inspector N/A
Add: Land Development Engineer 1746-2066
Add: Associate Civil Engineer 1676-1939
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted
at a special meeting of the Council of said City on Wednesday, the second day
of August, 1978 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Miskimen, Mulryan, Nixon and Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN: Jensen
