RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING $113,798 TO THE
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ADMINISTRATIVE FUND
WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council
a proposed administrative budget for redevelopment activ-
ities from July 1, 1978 to June 30, 1979.
WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Agency desires to bor-
row funds necessary to pay for said administrative costs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of San Rafael, California:
THAT the sum of up to $113,798 is hereby trans-
ferred from the unappropriated General Fund surplus for
fiscal year 1978-79 and reappropriated to the Redevelop-
ment Agency Administrative Fund as a loan to be paid back
to the General Fund at 7% interest solely from the revenues
of said Agency on or before July 1, 1979.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, City Clerk of the City of
San Rafael, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a special
meeting of the City Council of said City on Thursday, the
3rd day of August, 1978, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan, Nixon and Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMAN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN None
