RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
WHEREAS the City of San Rafael desires to under-
take a certain project designated Automated Traffic Management
Information System to be funded in part from funds made
available by the State of California administered by the
Office of Traffic Safety (hereafter referred to as OTS).
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City
Manager of the City of San Rafael was authorized, on its behalf,
to submit the attached Application for Grant for Law Enforcement
Purposes to OTS and is authorized to execute on behalf of the
City of San Rafael a Traffic Safety Project Agreement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the applicant agrees
to provide all agency contributions required for said project
under the Traffic Safety Program and the rules and regulations
of OTS and the State of California.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that grant funds received
hereunder shall not be used to supplant on-going law enforce-
ment expenditures.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of
San Rafael, California, HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing
resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted
at a REGULAR meeting of the Council of said City held on the
21st day of August, 1978, by the following vote, to wit:
