RESOLUTION FIXING THE RATE OF TAXES
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1978-79
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the Tax Rate for the
City of San Rafael for the Fiscal Year 1978-79 be, and the
same is hereby fixed as follows, for each $100.00 assessed
valuation:
For payment of principal and interest on
general obligation Sewer Bonds, on Open
Space Bonds, and for payment of principal
and interest on Terra Linda Recreation
District Bonds assumed by City of San Rafael
- January 1, 1973 the sum of . . . . . . $.105
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, City Clerk of the City
of San Rafael, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolu-
tion was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a
regular meeting of the City Council of said City held on
Monday, the 21st day of August, 1978, by the following vote,
to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan and Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Nixon
NOTE: See Resolution No. 5_540 for fixing of the tax rate
for THE TERRA LINDA ANNEXATION, Tax Rate Area
8--026, 8027 and 8--029 and the San Rafael Meadows
Tax Rate Area 60-006, 89-040, 89-,041, 89-043,
89-015 and 89-016.
