RESOLUTION NO. 5540
RESOLUTION FIXING THE RATE OF TAXES
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1978--79
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that THE TERRA LINDA
ANNEXATION, tax rate area 8-,026, 8--027 and 8-029, formerly
known as Terra Linda Community Services District (which
includes the former Terra Linda Recreation -Park District)
and tax rate area 60-006, 89-040, 89-041, 89--043, 89--015,
and 89-016, formerly known as San Rafael Meadows; and the
parcels included within the Knocknaboul annexation area,
will not be assessed for payment of debt service on the
general obligation Sewer Bonds in the sum of $.036. Accord-
ingly, the tax rate for this tax rate area is hereby fixed
as follows for each $100.00 assessed valuation:
For payment of principal and interest on
general obligation Open Space Bonds and
Terra Linda Recreation District bonds
assumed by City of San Rafael . . . . . $.069
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, City Clerk of the City
of San Rafael, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolu-
tion was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a
regular meeting of the City Council of said City held on
Monday, the 21st day of August, 1978, by the following vote,
to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan and Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Nixon
