A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF
DUPLICATING SYSTEM
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council authorized City staff to
solicit bids for a Duplicating System; and
WHEREAS, specifications were drawn and bids were solicited for
each item; and
WHEREAS, these bids have been reviewed by City staff:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of San Rafael that the following action be taken:
That the award be made to the Addressograph Multigraph
Corporation as the low bidder for the Duplicating System, bid in the
amount of $ 23,152.99.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Purchasing Department be
authorized to issue a Purchase Order to the Addressograph Multigraph
Corporation for the Duplicating System.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City held on Monday, the 21st day of August, 1978, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan and Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
