A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
AMENDING PAST RESOLUTIONS AND
APPROPRIATING CERTAIN MONIES
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San Rafael that the
following amendments are made to past salary resolutions:

Section 1
Section 1.5 of Resolution No. 5391 is amended in the following
Position Range
Delete: Community Development Director N/A
Revise: Planning Director 2666 - 2833
Delete: Community Projects Director N/A
Section 2
Exhibit "A" of Resolution No. 5134 is amended in the following
Position Range
Add: Community Projects Coordinator, Step A 2207
Salary Range No. 26 Step B 2340
Step C 2470
Step D 2600
Section 3
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
San Rafael hereby authorizes the appropriation of an additional $34,000
from the General Fund Reserves. This $34,000 shall be added to the
existing appropriation of the Planning Department.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and
adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City on Monday
the 21st day of August , 1978, by the following vote, to wit:
