RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 5524
APPROPRIATING $484,575 TO THE
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ADMINISTRATIVE FUND
WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council a
proposed administrative budget for redevelopment activities from
July 1, 1978 to June 30, 1979.
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency desires to borrow
funds necessary to pay for said administrative costs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of San Rafael, California:
THAT the sum of up to $484,575 is hereby transferred from
the unappropriated General Fund surplus for Fiscal Year 1977-78
and reappropriated to the Redevelopment Agency Administrative
Fund as a loan to be paid back to the General Fund at 8% interest
solely from the revenues of said Agency on or before July 1,
1979.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, City Clerk of the City of San
Rafael, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the City
Council of said City on Tuesday the 5th day of September 1978, by
the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan, Nixon and Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
