A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SIGNING OF A
CONTRACT, LEASE OR AGREEMENT
WITH CITY MANAGER
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL RESOLVES as follows:
The MAYOR and CITY CLERK are authorized to execute, on behalf of the
City of San Rafael a contract, lease or agreement with
WILLIAM J. BIELSER, Extending Contract with City to and
Including October 16, 1981,
a copy of which is hereby attached and by this reference made a part hereof.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, City Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of said City held on
Monday, the sixteenth day of October , 19 78 by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan, Nixon and Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None

WHEREAS, the agreement made and entered into on the third day
of December 1973, by and between the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL, a municipal
corporation, hereafter referred to as "City" and WILLIAM J. BIETIR,
hereafter referred to as "City Manager" shall be amended as follows:
WITNESSETH
Paragraph 1 shall be amended to read:
"1. The City hereby extends the contract with the
City Manager to and including the sixteenth day
of October, 1981."
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have entered into this Amer t
to Agreement on this 16th day of October , 1978.
