A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF COPY MACHINES
WHEREAS, THE San Rafael City Council authorized City staff to
solicit bids for copy machines; and
WHEREAS, specifications were drawn and bids were solicited for
each item; and
WHEREAS, these bids have been reviewed by City staff:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of San Rafael that the following action be taken:
That Business Systems Unlimited be designated as low bidder
for five (5) copy machines and that the Purchasing Department be
authorized to issue a Purchase Order to Business Systems Unlimited.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Finance Director is author-
ized to negotiate the financing for this purchase with a local bank.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, City Clerk of the City of San
Rafael, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the City
Council of said City held on Monday, the 18th day of December, 1978,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan and Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Nixon
