A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL,
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 5134 PERTAINING TO THE COMPENSATION
AND WORKING CONDITIONS FOR MISCELLANEOUS, MANAGEMENT
CONFIDENTIAL, AND UNCLASSIFIED EMPLOYEES
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San Rafael
that Section 1.5 shall be added to Resolution No. 5134, as follows:

I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and
adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City on
Monday , the 18th day of December 1978, by the fol-
