RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
RAFAEL AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 5144 BY ADDING SECTION
5, DEFINITIONS, TO CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL HEREBY AMENDS RESOLUTION
NO. 5144 AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 5. DEFINITIONS. Except as otherwise indicated, the definitions
contained in the Political Reform Act of 1974 (Government Code §81000) and
Regulations adopted pursuant thereto are incorporated into this Conflict of
Interest Code.
I, MARION A. GRADY, City Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify
that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at
a Regular meeting of the Council of said City held on Monday, the 20th day of
September, 1976, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Jensen, Miskimen and Acting Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Nixon and Mayor Bettini
