RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
AMENDING THE MASTER FEE SCHEDULE BY ADDING "OVER THE COUNTER
PLANNING DEPARTMENT PERMITS" TO THE SCHEDULE
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council has voiced the policy
statement that all special services should be financed through use
fees; and
WHEREAS, a Master Fee Schedule was adopted by the City
Council on August 2, 1976;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City
Council that: Pursuant to the authority of Section 14.10.030 of
the San Rafael Municipal Code, the Zoning Fees of the Master Fee
Schedule incorporate "Over the Counter Planning Department Permits"
(where not otherwise covered in the Schedule), in the amount of
$50.00.
