A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE
OF 1428 MISSION AVENUE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL HEREBY RESOLVES as follows:
To purchase for the sum of two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000.00)
all that certain real property commonly known as 1428 Mission Avenue, San Rafael,
California;
To authorize the City Manager to sign all necessary papers pursuant
to the acquisition thereof, including application and certifications to the U.S.
Department of Housing and Urban Development for the allocation of Community
Development Block Grant Funds.
I, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify
that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at
a regular meeting of the City Council of said City held on Monday , the
15th day of November , 1976, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan, Nixon and Mayor
Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
