RESOLUTION CONSENTING TO THE TRANSFER OF TERRITORY DESIGNATED AS THE

and contiguous parcel (s) from the City of San Rafael to the

WHEREAS, on the Marin Local Agency Formation
Commission considered said transfer proposal and adopted Resolution No. Al -31
malting determinations and approving said transfer subject to the following conditions:
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 7J -g1 adopted by the Marin Local Agency Formation
Commission designated the transfer proposal as the " Transfer", and foundIf
that the territory of the transfer was uninhabited; and
WHEREAS, following approval of the Local Agency Formation Commission
further proceedings on the transfer may be taken pursuant to Article 4.5 (com-
mencing with Section 35270) of Chapter 1, Part 2, Division 2, Title 4 of the
Government Code; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 35271 of said Article 4.5 the city/town

rom/to which territory is proposed to be transferred, must consent to said
transfer- by resolution adopted by its City/Town Council,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City/Town Council of the DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
1. The Council hereby does consent to the transfer of territory desig-

subject to the conditions imposed by the Local Agency Formation Commission.
2. The Clerk of this Council is hereby directed, and shall, submit a
