WHEREAS, on 12&e the Marin Local Agency Formation
Commission considered said transfer proposal and adopted Resolution No.
makina determinations and approving said transfer subject to the following conditions:
WHEREAS, Resolution No. dopted by the Marin Local Agency Formation
Commission designated the transfer proposal as the Transfer", and found
that the territory of the transfer was uninhabited; and
WHEREAS, following approval of the Local Agency Formation Commission
further proceedings on the transfer may be taken pursuant to Article 4.5 (com-
mencing with Section 35270) of Chapter 1, Part 2, Division 2, Title 4 of the
Government Code; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 35271 of said Article 4.5 the city/town
from/to which territory is proposed to be transferred, must consent to said
transfer by resolution adopted by its City/Town Council,
MOW, THEREFORE, the City/Town Council of the A,1 a DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
