A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL, AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 5134 PERTAINING TO THE COMPENSATION
AND WORKING CONDITIONS FOR MISCELLANEOUS,
MANAGEMENT, CONFIDENTIAL, AND UNCLASSIFIED
EMPLOYEES
BE IT RESOLVED lx the City Council of the City of San Rafael as
follows:
Add to Section 1.4. of Exhibit "A":
Librarian III 1212 1268 1329 1391
This resolution takes effect forthwith upon its adoption.
I, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City on Monday, the 15th day of November, 1976, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Jensen, Mulryan, Nixon and Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Miskimen
