RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY
KNOWN AS: THE FIFTH AVENUE PARKING LOT OPPOSITE
LOOTENS PLACE (ASSESSOR'S PARCEL #11-221-07) .
WHEREAS, the public interest convenience, necessity and welfare
require that the real property known as The Fifth Avenue Parking Lot Opposite
Lootens Place (Assessor's Parcel #11-221-07) be accepted and used for the
benefit of the public of the City of San Rafael, California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of San Rafael, California, does hereby accept that certain Deed dated
for and on behalf of the City of San Rafael and
the real property described therein, all as more particularly described and
set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and
the Clerk of said City is hereby directed to cause said Deed to be duly recorded
in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of Marin, State of California,
forthwith upon the adoptionof this Resolution.

Of San Rafael, County of Marin, State of California, described as follows:
COMMENCING at a point in he Northerly line of Fifth Street, (Now known as
Fifth Avenue) in the City of Sin Rafael,. County and State aforesaid, distant
120.04 feet Westerly from tho point of intersection of the Northerly line of
Fifth Street with the Westerly+ line of Nye Street, as said Streets are now
opened, fenced offs and used; running thence Northerly parallel with the
Westerly line of Nye Street, .143.4.4 feet, thenpe Westerly at right angles
80 feet, th6nc.e Southerly parallel with the Westerly line of Nye Street 137.75
feet to the Northerly line of Fifth Street, and thence Easterly along said
Northerly line of Fifth Street, 80 feet, more or less, to the point of commencement.
