A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
AMENDING RESOLUTIONS NO. 4715 AND NO. 4765
FIXING THE COMPENSATION FOR PARTTIME,
TEMPORARY, AND SEASONAL EMPLOYEES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of
San Rafael that Sections 1 and 2 of Resolution No. 4765 be amended in part
to comply with the Fair Labor Standards Act, establishing a minimum wage
of $2.30 an hour, effective January 1, 1977:

Section 3. This resolution shall take effect forthwith upon its
adoption and the several compensations and allowances herein provided
shall be in full force and effect as of and from January 1, 1977.
I, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and
adopted at a regul ar meeting of the Council of said City on
Monday , the 3rd day of January , 1977,
by the following vote, to -wit:
