RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SIGNATORIES ON CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL DEFERRED COMPENSATION ACCOUNTS
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of San
Rafael that RICHARD I. UCHIDA and JOHN B. AVERETT as Plan
Administrator and as Fiscal Officer, respectively, are
authorized to sign jointly on accounts established by the
City of San Rafael Deferred Compensation Plan. Such
authorization shall apply to accounts established with
Mutual Funds or with Savings and Loan Associations, and
shall be effective until written notice is sent terminating
such authorization.

I, MARION A. GRADY, City Clerk of the City of San
Rafael, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular
meeting of the City Council of said City held on Monday
the 3rd day of January 19 77, by the following
vote, to wit:
