A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN RAFAEL CITY COUNCIL
RENEWING AND RATIFYING THE COOPERATION
AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF MARIN REGARDING
THE USE OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
ACT OF 1974 FUNDS.
WHEREAS, the City of San Rafael entered into a cooperation agreement
with the County of Marin on November 25, 1975, regarding the use of Housing
and Community Development Act of 1974 funds; and
WHEREAS, Section 7 of said agreement provides for annual ratification
and renewal of said agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of San Rafael that:
1. The cooperation agreement described hereinabove is hereby
renewed and ratified for one additional program year as provided in Section 7
thereof.
