A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL ESTABLISHING LEVEL VI
RATES FOR CABLE TELEVISION
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San Rafael that
the following rates for cable television services within the City of San Rafael
are to become effective on March 1, 1977 for a period of three (3) years,
unless a hardship case can be established before the San Rafael City Council
by Tele-Vue Systems, Inc.

establish an appropriate rate and/or deposit.

that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at
a regular _meeting of the Council of said City held on Monday
the 22nd day of February , 1977, by the following vote, to wit:
