A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL ACCEPTING GRANTS OF SANITARY SEWER EASE-
MENT, SANITARY SEWER RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT - 1977
WHEREAS, public interest, convenience, and welfare require
that the easements hereinafter mentioned be accepted and used for the
benefit of the public of the City of San Rafael, California;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of San Rafael, California, that those certain grants of
right-of-way for the maintenance, repair, reconstruction and renewal
of the public sanitary sewer to the City of San Rafael, executed by
the following:
