A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL SETTING A SPECIAL NEW
RATE FOR CERTAIN SENIOR CITIZENS FOR
CABLE TELEVISION SERVICE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San Rafael
that the following modification to the rate structure for cable television
services be added:
The rate shall be $2.00 per month for citizens 62 years or older who
receive supplemental security income (SSI) or Medical benefits.
I, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced
and adopted at a regul ar meeting of the Council of said City
held on Monday the 21st day of March 1977,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Jensen, Nixon and Acting Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Miskimen and Mayor Bettini
