A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL AMENDING SECTIONS 1.5 AND 5 OF
RESOLUTIONS NO. 4985 AND NO. 5135 PERTAINING
TO THE COMPENSATION AND WORKING CONDITIONS
FOR MISCELLANEOUS, MANAGEMENT, CONFIDENTIAL,
AND UNCLASSIFIED EMPLOYEES
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of San Rafael that
Section 1.5 and Section 5 of Resolutions No. 4985 and No. 5135 be amended
to read as follows:
Section 1.5 . The following salary range is hereby created for
Unclassified employees:
Minimum Maximum
Community Development Director 2250 2500
This resolution shall take effect forthwith upon its adoption and
the several compensations and allowances herein provided shall be in full
force and effect as of and from April 4, 1977.
I, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of theCity of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and
adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City held on
Monday the 211 day of March 1977, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Jensen, Mi s kimen and Acting Mayor Mul ryan
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Nixon and Mayor Bettini
