A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT
TO PICKLEWEED PARK PROJECT NO. 21-0022
STATE BEACH, PARK, RECREATIONAL AND
HISTORICAL FACILITIES BOND ACT OF 1974
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 4931 authorizing application and/or
agreeing to the terms of the project agreement for the subject project
was adopted on February 24, 1975; and
follows:
WHEREAS, it is desired to amend the project agreement as
Change project scope to:
City of San Rafael will acquire an undivided one-half
interest in +12 acres.
Amount of appropriation to remain the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of San Rafael that the amendment to the project agreement
between the State and the City of San Rafael is approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor be authorized to
sign said agreement.
I, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced
and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City held
on Monday the 4th day of April , 1977, by the
following vote, to wit:

State Beach, Park, Recreational and Historical Facilities Bond Act of 1974
Project Amendment No. 21-0022.1
THIS AMENDMENT to Project Agreement No. 21-0022 is hereby made and agreed upon by the State of
California, acting through the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation and by the City of
San Rafael , pursuant to the State Beach, Park, Recreational and Historical
Facilities Bond Act of 1974, Chapter 1.67, Division 5 of the Public Resources Code.
The State and the Applicant, in mutual consideration of the promises made herein and in the agreement in which
this is an amendment, do promise as follows:
That the above-mentioned agreement is amended by:
Change project scope to:City of San Rafael will acquire an undivided one—half
interest in + 12 acres.
Amount of appropriation to remain the same.
Original Appropriation $100,000
Original Contract No. 30-22-015
In all other respects the agreement of which this is an amendment, and the plans and specifications if relevant thereto,
shall remain in full force and effect. In witness whereof the parties hereto have executed this amendment as of the date
entered below.
